General terms and conditions for photography services

1. Scope

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") apply to all agreements between [your name or company name] (hereinafter "Photographer") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer") regarding photography services and images.

2. Booking and placing an order

2.1. The booking of photography services is made in writing or verbally and only becomes binding after written confirmation from the photographer.

2.2. The Client agrees to provide the Photographer with all relevant information and requirements for the assignment, including date, location and type of services.

3. Prices and payment terms

3.1. The prices for photography services are set out in the written agreement or offer and are generally exclusive of VAT.

3.2. Payment will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the written agreement or offer. A deposit may be required.

4. Execution of the order

4.1. The photographer undertakes to carry out the services professionally and to the best of his knowledge and belief.

4.2. Customer agrees to provide such cooperation as is necessary to perform the Services, including providing any necessary equipment or background.

5. Delivery and use of the image material

5.1. The delivery of the images will be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in the written agreement.

5.2. The Photographer retains copyright to all Images and grants the Client a license to use the Imagery for the purposes set out in the Agreement.

6. Cancellation and Modification

6.1. Cancellations and changes to the order by the customer must be communicated in writing and are subject to the cancellation conditions set out in the agreement.

7. Liability and compensation

7.1. The photographer is only liable for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7.2. The photographer's liability is limited to the amount of the agreed remuneration.

8. Data protection

8.1. The photographer undertakes to comply with data protection regulations and to treat the customer's personal data confidentially.

9. Final provisions

9.1. Changes or additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing.

9.2. If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
